These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of RevStream consulting services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms. Read them carefully - they define what we deliver and what we expect from you.
1. Services Provided
RevStream offers casino revenue optimization consulting, including strategy development, implementation guidance, and performance analysis. We provide recommendations based on industry data and our experience. Final implementation decisions rest with you.
Our consultation sessions are delivered remotely via video conference. Materials and frameworks are provided digitally. We don't build software or manage day-to-day operations - we advise.
2. Client Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your casino operations and revenue data
- Respond to requests for information within agreed timeframes
- Implement recommendations at your own discretion and risk
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary frameworks and strategies we share
- Pay invoices within 14 days of issuance
3. Intellectual Property
The RevStream Framework, templates, and proprietary methodologies remain our intellectual property. You receive a non-exclusive license to use these materials for your casino operations only. No resale, redistribution, or use for competing consulting services.
Your business data, analytics, and operational details remain yours. We may use anonymized, aggregated data for industry benchmarking and case studies with your written consent.
4. Results and Guarantees
Here's the reality: We provide expert guidance based on proven models, but we can't guarantee specific revenue outcomes. Too many variables - your market, execution quality, player base, competition. We show you what works and how to implement it. The results depend on your execution.
Case study results represent actual client outcomes but aren't promises of future performance.
5. Payment Terms
Consulting fees are due upon invoice. Late payments accrue 2% monthly interest. We reserve the right to pause services for accounts 30+ days overdue.
Refund policy: 30-day money-back guarantee on initial consultation package if you're not satisfied. After that, fees are non-refundable due to the custom nature of our work.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private. This includes your operational data, our proprietary frameworks, and any strategic plans developed during our engagement.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to fees paid for services rendered. We're not liable for lost revenue, missed opportunities, or implementation failures. You're responsible for ensuring compliance with gambling regulations in your jurisdiction.
8. Termination
Either party can terminate consulting agreements with 30 days written notice. You'll pay for services rendered through the termination date. Access to proprietary materials ends upon termination.
9. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under commercial arbitration rules. Governing law is the jurisdiction where RevStream is registered.
